At Stepping Stones Wellbeing, we provide counselling support for children between the ages of 6 years and adolescence.

Our services are available either at our office located at 47 Margaret Street or via Telehealth for those who are unable to travel.

If you are referring your child to us, please note that they must be at least 6 years of age and accompanied by a parent, caregiver, or guardian for their initial intake appointment. We believe that a supportive and caring environment is essential for the emotional and mental well-being of children, and we strive to provide that for our young clients.

At Steppingstones Wellbeing, we collaborate with our clients to provide them with the necessary support to guide them towards a healthier self. Our therapy approach is person-centred, and we strictly adhere to the ethical framework of person-centred values. These values include individuality, rights, privacy, choices, independence, dignity, respect, and partnership.

"We believe that everyone has the right to feel empowered and supported on their journey to wellbeing. To achieve this, we provide a welcoming, warm and friendly environment that is non-judgmental to all individuals, regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, culture, gender identity, abilities, and disabilities. We strongly believe that everyone deserves to feel a sense of belonging.”
